      Tips to cut off stubborn fat
      – Consume a lot of soluble fiber in the diet
      -Avoid alcohol
      – A brisk walk after every meal
      – Avoid drinking water right after having meals
      – Cut off on carbs esp refined ones
      – Maintain a good water intake of at least 2-3 liters a day
