Thai Fish Green Curry

Thai Fish Green Curry is packed with calcium which is good for bone health.

Ingredients required for Thai Green Fish Curry 

  • Fish 150gm
  • Thai green curry paste 10gm
  • Onion 60gm
  • Garlic 20gm
  • Ginger 10gm
  • Coconut milk 50ml
  • Lemon juice 10ml
  • Salt as per taste
  • Red Chilli 5gm
  • Olive oil 5ml
  • Coriander for garnishing
  • Note: If you want to make your own Thai green curry ingredients are lemongrass, chili, green onions, garlic, ginger, fresh and ground coriander, basil, cumin, white pepper, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, and coconut milk.


1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger, garlic, onion and saute till golden brown.
2. Add Thai green curry paste and saute well.
3. Add coconut milk and bring to boil. Once boiled, slow the flame and add cut pieces of fish, salt, chili powder mix well and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
4. Once cooked turn off the flame and sprinkle lemon juice, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
