Is margarine better than butter?

Butter in a dairy product which contains around 80% of butterfat. It is a completely natural food and is made up of milk. Margarine, on the other hand, is a processed food, created chemically from refined polyunsaturated oils.

The answer is Butter is better than margarine, take a look at the benefits of butter:
