Ingredients for Sandwich:
- Brown Bread Slices – 2
- Cucumber – 100 gm
- Green Capsicum – 15 gm
- Yellow Capsicum – 15 gm
- Cornflakes – 5 gm
- Lettuce leaves – 1
- Black pepper
- Avocado spread
- Cut the cucumber and chop into very fine pieces.
- Cut both the capsicums and chop into pieces.
- Put the avocado spread on slices of bread.
- Put lettuce leaf over the avocado spread and put chopped cucumber, capsicums
- and cornflakes on it.
- Sprinkle salt, Black pepper over it and then sprinkle cornflakes.
- Place another slice of bread on cornflakes.
- Serve it with Mint chutney.
