These are Personalised Vedique® Nutrition Plans with regular coaching. The first step is a personal health assessment done by a qualified and experienced Ayurvedic Doctor.

This is followed by the design of a Personalised Vedique® Nutrition Plan. Your personal nutritionist will call you 2-3 times a week, take feedback, modify plans and most importantly motivate you.
