Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using the “Application” or accessing any information, content or services through the Application. By clicking on the “I agree” button below and by installing or otherwise using the “VEDIQUE DIET™” weight management application on your mobile phone, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
You agree with the terms and conditions and continue with the installation.

- REGISTRATION
- Subject to the terms and conditions, Company hereby grants you a limited, non-commercial, non-sub-licensable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Application on one portable wireless device.
- Nutriwel shall not be responsible in any manner for the authenticity or correctness of the personal information or sensitive personal data or information supplied by the User to Nutriwel or any other person acting on behalf of Nutriwel.
- The term “Application” includes any updates, upgrades, software, code, files, images and other replacements of the Application (the “Revisions”) that may be delivered to you or that you may receive or that may be released by Company.
- You acknowledge that by installing the Application on your mobile phone, the Application may aggregate, collect, retain or transmit to secure servers personal information such as, but not limited to, contact information, the serial number and IMEI number of your wireless device or mobile phone. You hereby consent to the Application collecting and storing such information on Company’ servers and to receive calls from us, from time to time regarding updates of your progress from using the Application and promotional information or offers in connection with the Services provided under the Application.
- LOCATION ALERTS AND NOTIFICATIONS
- You agree to receive pre-programmed notifications (“Location Alerts”) on the Mobile Application from Nutriwel if you have turned on locational services on your mobile telephone or other handheld devices (as the case may be).
- You agree to receive other promotional advertisements on your mobile and Nutriwel will not be responsible for other brands.
- RESTRICTIONS ON USE
- You shall only use the Application for your own personal, non-commercial use;
- You shall not use Application for any purpose that is unlawful, tortious, abusive, intrusive on another’s privacy, harassing, libelous, defamatory, embarrassing, obscene, threatening, or hateful.
- DISCLAIMER
- You expressly acknowledge and agree that you are installing and using the application at your own risk.
- The application and all data and content provided through the application is provided “as is”, “with all faults” and without warranty, terms or conditions of any kind.
- All information available on the App, (the “Information”) is provided on the condition that the User will make independent determination in respect of its accuracy, completeness or usefulness suitability prior to use or making any decision for any loss or damage in reliance hereof. Nutriwel will not be responsible for the same.
- The results vary according to the age, genetics, activity and gender and compliance on Nutrition Advisory and Nutriwel will not responsible for any consequences arise due to Diet Consultation. Therefore, no oral, written or electronic information or advice given by any party shall create any warranty, term or condition with respect to the application or otherwise. should the application prove to be defective, you agree to assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repairs or corrections. should the application cause your mobile device to malfunction or stop functioning, you will be solely and exclusively responsible and liable for the entire cost of rectifying the device. company assumes no responsibility or liability to you in this regard.
- The Nutriwel does not warrant that the application will operate without interruptions, that it will be free from viruses and errors, or that the application will not interfere with the functioning of other software or programs installed on your mobile device and will meet your requirements.
- The application may be subject to breaches of security and the company shall not be held responsible for any resulting damage to any user’s device from any such breach including but not limited to any bugs, tampering, unauthorized, intervention, omission, deletion, defect.
- Company is under no liability or responsibility or obligation to provide you with technical support for the application and provides no assurance that any specific errors or discrepancies will be corrected.
- Company is not liable for any network faults or downtime in network services. you agree and acknowledge that relay of text messages is network dependant and company is not responsible for any messages failing to reach their intended recipients.
- The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the User’s account access information and password, if the User is registered on the Website or App. The User shall be responsible for all usage of the User’s account and password, whether or not authorized by the User. The User shall immediately notify Nutriwel of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of the User’s account or password. Although Nutriwel will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of Nutriwel or others due to such unauthorized use.
- It is possible that the application may get locked or stop working if the data on your mobile phone causes your phone to crash or requires the operating software to be reinstalled. company is not liable or responsible to you in any manner whatsoever for such an occurrence.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- You understand and agree that under no circumstance will the company, its agents, licensors or suppliers be liable to you on account for damages of any kind, whether based in tort, contract, strict liability or otherwise your misuse of the software.
- PROHIBITIONS IN RELATION TO USAGE OF SERVICES, MOBILE APPLICATIONWithout limitation, We further undertake not to or permit anyone else to:-
- Furnish false data including false names, addresses and contact details and fraudulently use credit/debit card numbers;
- Enter into fraudulent interactions or transactions with us or a Merchant (including interacting or transacting purportedly on behalf of a third party where you have no authority to bind that third party or you are pretending to be a third party);
- Engage in any unlawful activity in connection with the use of the Mobile Application or the Services; or
- Engage in any conduct which, in our exclusive reasonable opinion, restricts or inhibits any other customer from properly using or enjoying the Mobile Application or Services.
- BILLING AND PAYMENT
- Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the terms of pricing, payment and billing policies applicable to such fees and charges. Nutriwel may add services for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion. No Refund will be granted by Nutriwel.
- It is your responsibility to promptly provide the Company with any contact or billing information changes or updates (including phone number, email address, credit card numbers, etc.). Nutriwel does not validate all credit card information required by the Customer’s payment provider to secure payment.
- EVALUATION TERM & TERMINATION
- Without prejudice to any other rights, Company may terminate or remove from application if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of Application.

PAYMENT, SHIPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Payment Policy
- Invoice will be provided once Dr. Shikha’s Nutrihealth will receive the full payment of the Product/Service Provided. However, In Case of Blood Test, Invoice will be provided after the Blood Sample collection.
- Dr. Shikha’s Nutrihealth accepts the following forms of payment –
- All electronic means like Debit Card / Net Banking/Mobile Payment
- Payments are processed through Payu Payment gateway.
- MasterCard or Visa Credit Cards / Debit or ATM Card
- Wire / Bank / Fund Transfer
- Demand Draft
- PhonePe/BHIM UPI, Paytm, Amazon Pay, FreeCharge, OlaMoney(Postpaid+Wallet), Airtel Money, Jio Money
- Cash on Delivery

SHIPPING POLICY
How does the delivery process work?
- Once Order is Placed, your order is processed.
- It takes 48 Hours to confirm payment with the bank.
- Once payment is confirmed with bank, our system processes your order, and your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
- After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted and leading delivery partner.
- Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
How are items packaged?
We package our products in corrugated boxes. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
- You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

What is the estimated delivery time?
We usually dispatch most orders within 7-10 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
While Dr. Shikha’s Nutrihealth shall make reasonable endeavor’s in ensuring that purchased Product(s) is delivered to its users in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed on account of
- Unsuitable weather conditions;
- Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, Govt. directed lockdowns, etc.
- Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and
- Other unforeseen circumstances.
In such events of delay, Dr. Shikha’s Nutrihealth shall make reasonable attempt at proactively intimating the end user by writing to end user’s registered email account and/or mobile number. Further, Dr. Shikha’s Nutrihealth shall be under no obligation to compensate the user for any mental agony or any tortuous claim that may otherwise arise because of a delay in the shipment and delivery.
Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
