  2. How to take it?? When?? How much??

    1. Hi! Soak 2-inch cinnamon overnight in 1 glass water and boil it to half in the morning. Drink this early morning empty stomach.

    2. How to use

      1. To make the water- Boil 1 cup of water. Pour 1/2 tsp. of ground cinnamon into the boiling water. Stir with the spoon until most of the cinnamon dissolves. Then you drink it either in the morning or evening.

  3. Can we take it in pregnancy?

    1. Taking a pinch or two in a day won't cause any issues in pregnancy, but do not take heavy amounts.

  4. Hi Dr. On my first 2 days of my cycle, I have tremendous cramps n stomach pain. Can I boil the cinnamon stick n drink the water during the day. Please advise. Thank you.

    1. Yes you can consume cinnamon water. You can also take ajwain water in this condition.
