Berry Combo Delight is a low calorie drink easy to prepare, good for people who are on fasts and need instant energy.

  • Strawberries, 50 gm
  • Dried blueberries, 10 gm
  • Soy milk, 200 ml
  • Honey, 5 gm


  1. Take 50 grams fresh strawberries (3 in no.) and 2 teaspoons dried blueberries in a blender.
  2. Add 200 ml plain Soy milk and 1 teaspoon honey to the fruit mixture. Blend for 15 seconds to get a nutrient dense milkshake.
