Chana Cutlet
    Ingredients for Chana Cutlet
- 350 gm Kala chana boiled
 - 150 gm onion
 - 2 nos potato (optional)
 - ½ tbsp ginger
 - 2-3 green chilli
 - Salt to taste
 - Oil for grilling
 - ½ tsp garam masala
 - Few coriander leaves
 - 3 tsp lime juice
 
Method
- Boil chana and mash it mix with rest of the ingredients, shape them into cutlet shape.
 - Grill it on a non-stick pan or on a griller.
 - Serve hot with amla chutney.
