Coco-Apple Custard

Ingredients
- Apple, 2 Medium
- Coconut Milk, 150 ml
- Powdered jaggery, 2 Tsp
- Cardamom Powder, 1 Tsp
- Almonds, 5-6
Method
- Peel and chop two medium size apple and take it in a bowl. Add 2 Table of powdered jaggery and 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom.
- Mix the jaggery and cardamom powder with the sliced apple. Add 1/2 cup of coconut milk and mix it well.
- Add 5-6 almonds for garnishing. Serve it immediately
