- Banana, 50 gm
- Mango, 30 gm
- Kiwi, 20 gm
- Yoghurt, 100 gm
- Honey, 5 gm
- Mint Leaves, Few
- Take 1/2 banana, 1/2 mango, and 1/2 kiwi flesh in a glass bowl and add 100 g or half small cup plain yoghurt to the fruit mixture.
- Add 1 teaspoon honey to the above fruit yoghurt mixture and blend for 10 seconds in a blender.
- Transfer the contents of the blender in a tall glass and garnish with two mint leaves. Serve the smoothie chilled.
