HEALTHY VS HEALING FOOD

Health is a state in which there is a complete equilibrium between the body,mind and soul. Good health is defined as when we are healed completely ,free from diseases and mentally,physically, emotionally and socially involved in day to day activities.

 

It is very important to understand the thin hairline gap between healthy and healing foods and herbs . The healthy helps to maintain the health but healing helps in both prevention and cure of the symptoms and boosts up the body immunity to fight diseases.The healthy foods provides us with the nutrition that gives energy and stamina, but healing foods heals the body by detoxification and rejuvenation.

 

So it is essential for all of us to add some healthy and healing foods and herbs in our daily regimen that can improve the quality and quantity of our life.

 

The following ingredients when added to our food plate will help in maintaining health and also heal the body by boosting immunity.

Have chia seeds overnight soaking in water and consume the next day .

 

4 AMLA –  Amla has both healthy and healing properties. It increases the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood and thus makes the skin/hair healthy.
