To get rid of dark spot and hair fall
For dark spots, apply aloevera gel in place of creams. Stop using chemical soaps, instead wash your face with gram flour or multani mitti. Eat tomatoes, carrots, oranges, spinach, methi, lemon, amla etc daily. For hairfall - you must consume whole grains also (like oats, brown rice, barley, quinoa etc) as they contain essential vitamins and minerals required by the body. Include soybeans, soya milk, tofu as much as you can. For your condition, it is important that you take flaxseeds (10 grams) on a daily basis, use cold pressed oils like coconut/ olive/ almond/ avocado oil for cooking. Practise pranayama and yoga at least 5 times a week. These tips will help to stabilize your hormonal issues happening at this time.
