Ingredients
- Water, 180-200 ml
- Jasmine Tea, 3-4 flowers / 1 tea bag
Method
- Take a cup (180 ml.) of fresh water in a boiling pot.
- Heat the water to 160°F – 180°F.
- Add the tea leaves / 1 tea bag into the water.
- Wait for 2-4 minutes for tea leaves to brew.
- Enjoy the subtle taste and aroma of the tea and feel its soothing effect on taste bud as well as the mind.
Can i use night blossoming jasmine flower for making this tea .
Dried flowers are recommended.
