Kala Chana Salad

Ingredients for Kala chana Salad

  • 1 cup cooked black channa
  • 1/2-cup cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2-cup onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 2-3 green chillies fine chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ½ tsp roasted jeera powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


  1. Combine all the ingredients except the salt and pepper and chill.
  2. Just before serving, add salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Serve chilled.
