Mint Lime Punch For Detox

Ingredients:
- Mint Leaves – 8 – 10 leaves
- Lemon – 1 – 2
- Stevia – 1 sachet
- Chia seeds – half tablespoon
- Spices (Zeera powder and Salt )
- Water – 1 glass (250 ml )
Method of preparing Mint Lime Punch For Detox at home :
- Soak mint leaves and chia seeds ( 8 – 10 ) in water for 3 -4 hours and then take out the mint leaves grind it to make a fine paste.
- Add the paste into the same water
- Add lemon according to taste
- Add spices according to the taste
- Add Stevia according to the taste 6. Serve it cool.
