Pineapple, Lime and Coconut Spritzer

In this hot weather the Pineapple, Lime and Coconut Spritzer is the perfect drink to keep you hydrated and maintain the electrolyte balance in the body.


  • 3 Cups Pineapple Juice
  • 2 Cups Coconut Water
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Pineapple, cut into spears


  1. Combine the pineapple juice, coconut water, and lime juice in a large pitcher. 
  2. Chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Serve.
