Triple-Berry Blend Smoothie


  • 1 Teaspoon Panchamiya
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed blackberries, strawberries and raspberries
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tsp of honey


  1. Blend all the ingredients together.
  2. Serve the smoothie.
