Triple-Berry Blend Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Teaspoon Panchamiya
- 1 1/2 cups mixed blackberries, strawberries and raspberries
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 tsp of honey
