Energy Chaat
    Ingredients for Energy Chaat
- 200 Gms Soy chunks
 - 150 Gms cucumber
 - 150 Gms anar
 - 100 gm Onions
 - 70 Gms Coriander leaves
 - 25 Gms Green chillies
 - 2 tbsp Lemon juice
 - Salt & pepper to taste
 - 7 Gms chaat masala
 
Method
- Soak the soy chunks in water for about 15 mines.
 - Chop coriander, onions, cucumber and green chillies keep it aside.
 - Take mixing bowl put veggies, soy chunks, salt & pepper and lemon juice.
 - Toss all the ingredients together and serve chilled garnish with mint sprig.
