Ingredients for Energy Chaat

  • 200 Gms Soy chunks
  • 150 Gms cucumber
  • 150 Gms anar
  • 100 gm Onions
  • 70 Gms Coriander leaves
  • 25 Gms Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 7 Gms chaat masala


  1. Soak the soy chunks in water for about 15 mines.
  2. Chop coriander, onions, cucumber and green chillies keep it aside.
  3. Take mixing bowl put veggies, soy chunks, salt & pepper and lemon juice.
  4. Toss all the ingredients together and serve chilled garnish with mint sprig.
