Arbi Tikki
    Ingredients for Arbi Tikki
- 150 Gms Arbi
 - 3-4 Tbsp Singhara Atta
 - 1 Green Chilli + 1/2 Inch Ginger Made into a Paste
 - 1 Tsp Ajwain
 - Salt to Taste
 - 2-3 Tbsp Oil
 
Method
- Boil, peel and mash arbis.
 - Add all the ingredients and mix well.
 - Shape the mixture into round tikkis and pan fry them till golden brown on both sides.
 - Tikkis are ready to be served.
