Diet For Summer Heat

Early Morning

Rhododendron infusion 1 cup+ 5almonds , 1 Fig , 1 Walnut (presoaked).

Breakfast

3-4 Steamed Idlis + Coconut Chutney + Barley Sattu Drink(1 Glass).

Mid Morning

Watermelon(1 Bowl) ( Buy Organic Watermelon)

Lunch

1-2 Barley Chapati + Cauliflower peas and Potato (1 Bowl)+ Cucumber and Tomato Salad +1 Glass Buttermilk(add roasted jeera powder in it).

Evening

Steamed Green Moong Dal Sprouts(Add chopped cucumber.tomato, beetroot in it)+ Kokum Juice(1 cup).

Dinner

Quinoa with sauteed vegetables (1 Bowl)+ Bowl of Ash Gourd Soup + Cucumber Salad(1 Bowl).

Post Dinner

Jasmine Infusion / Rose & Fennel Infusion (1 Cup).
