Homemade Drinks For Weight Loss

1. Rhododendron and Lemon Detox Water:

Ingredients:

2-3 rhododendron flowers

1 lemon, sliced

4 cups water

Method:

Wash the rhododendron flowers and lemon thoroughly.

Add the lemon slices and rhododendron flowers to a pitcher of water.

Let it infuse overnight in the refrigerator.

Drink throughout the day.

Benefits: In Ayurveda, rhododendron flowers are believed to have detoxifying properties. Lemon aids digestion, stimulates Agni (digestive fire), and boosts metabolism. Add the rhododendron flowers to the hot tea and let it sit for another 5 minutes.

Strain the tea into a cup.

Add honey if desired.

Serve hot or chilled.
