Hypothyroid Diet Plan

This plan includes a well balanced diet which is high in fiber like soup, salads, vegetables as it takes longer to digest fiber, which can help to maintain healthy weight in the long run.


This plan also includes a good amount of protein and healthy fats as a low protein diet can inhibit thyroid function and this can contribute to underactive thyroid.
