Low Cal Fish Curry


Ingredients for Low Cal Fish Curry

  • 100 gms Fish Fillets, Diced
  • 2 Tsp Ginger Galic Paste
  • 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Medium Tomato, Chopped
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves, Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  • Salt to Taste


  1. Grill fish fillets in very little oil.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and saute ginger-garlic paste, add onions and saute till golden brown.
  3. Add tomatoes, turmeric, cinnamon powder, red chilli pepper, nutmeg powder and cumin powder and cook for 15 minutes or till tomatoes are mashed.
  4. Add grilled fillets and salt. Add enough water to make gravy.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot.
