Low Cal Fish Curry

Ingredients for Low Cal Fish Curry
- 100 gms Fish Fillets, Diced
- 2 Tsp Ginger Galic Paste
- 1 Medium Onion, Chopped
- 1 Medium Tomato, Chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves, Chopped
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- Salt to Taste
Method:
- Grill fish fillets in very little oil.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and saute ginger-garlic paste, add onions and saute till golden brown.
- Add tomatoes, turmeric, cinnamon powder, red chilli pepper, nutmeg powder and cumin powder and cook for 15 minutes or till tomatoes are mashed.
- Add grilled fillets and salt. Add enough water to make gravy.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
