The colourful and joyous festival of Holi often brings with it several  indulgences in rich foods, sweets, and drinks- both alcoholic and non alcoholic . While celebrating with a gusto is the norm it is also crucial to remember to detox  and to refresh the body after the festivities. Post-Holi detox is not just about cleansing the system but also about replenishing it with nourishing foods that aid in resetting and rebalancing .
