1. Turmeric Ginger Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Ginger(Grated)
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- Honey (Optional)
Method:
- Add water in a pan and bring it to a boil.
- Add ginger, cinnamon and turmeric and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
- Switch off the heat and add the lemon juice.
- Add honey if you want.
- Sieve the tea and serve hot.
Health benefits of turmeric ginger tea:
It is good for the functioning of the heart and it also lowers the cholesterol levels.
The anti-inflammatory properties of ginger and turmeric are good for muscles as well as tissues.
2. Saffron Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2g saffron
- 1/2 stick Cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 1-2 Lemon Wedges
- 5-6 Mint Leaves
Method:
- Heat water in a pan and bring it to boil.
- Once the water starts boiling, add sugar, saffron, cinnamon, ginger, lemon wedges and mint leaves in the pan.
- Let the tea simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain the tea and serve hot.

3. Ginger Tea
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2inch Ginger Crushed
- 1 tsp Black Tea Leaves
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Milk
Method:
- Heat water in a pan.
- Once the water comes to a boil, add ginger in it and let it boil for a minute.
- Add tea leaves and sugar and boil for a minute.
- Now add milk and let the tea boil for 1-2 minute.
- Strain using a tea strainer and serve immediately.

4. Lemongrass Tea:
Ingredients:
- 2-3 lemongrass stems
- 2 cups Water
- 1/2 lemon
Method:
- Take 2-3 stems of lemongrass and cut them into thin pieces after washing them thoroughly.
- Now put these pieces of lemongrass into boiling water & keep it till the color of the water changes.
- Refine it in another utensil.
- Add little bit of squashed lemon for tangy taste.
