- Non-dairy milk (almond, coconut), ½ cup
- Wheatgrass powder, 1 Tsp
- Avocado, ½
- Mint leaves, 1 Cup
- Coconut whipped cream, for serving (optional)
- Blend everything (Wheatgrass, mint leaves, avocado, milk) in a blender.
- Transfer smoothie into a glass.
- Serve with coconut whipped cream.
