Apple Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Teaspoon Panchamiya
- 2 chopped peeled apple
- 1/4-inch piece peeled ginger
- juice of 2 limes, 2 tsp honey
- 1/2 cup water
- 2-3 ice cubes. (Instead of adding ice fruits can be frozen overnight)
Method
- Blend all the ingredients together.
