Crispy Vegetable Sandwich

Ingredients for Sandwich:

  • Brown Bread Slices – 2
  • Cucumber – 100 gm
  • Green Capsicum – 15 gm
  • Yellow Capsicum – 15 gm
  • Cornflakes – 5 gm
  • Lettuce leaves – 1
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Avocado spread

Method

  1. Cut the cucumber and chop into very fine pieces.
  2. Cut both the capsicums and chop into pieces.
  3. Put the avocado spread on slices of bread.
  4. Put lettuce leaf over the avocado spread and put chopped cucumber, capsicums
  5. and cornflakes on it.
  6. Sprinkle salt, Black pepper over it and then sprinkle cornflakes.
  7. Place another slice of bread on cornflakes.
  8. Serve it with Mint chutney.
