Chyawanprash
A wonderful combination of these, it is an excellent immunity booster. Kids are more susceptible to colds, coughing, sinusitis, obesity, recurrent illness, etc. because the Kapha dosha is active during childhood. Give youngsters 1 teaspoon of chyawanprash every day to help them stay healthy both now and as adults.
Haridra
It is an herb that is also an anti-allergic, muscle relaxant, blood purifier, decongestant, carminative, and immunity booster. If a child develops the habit of taking half a teaspoon of juice or powder of fresh Haridra in warm milk or water every day, it will help in the healthy growth of muscles and bones.
Amla
A rich source of vitamin C that helps to maintain liver and gut health, the high fiber content of amla prevents constipation and diarrhea. The high level of antioxidants that are present in amla helps it fight the free radicals present in the body and thus prevent the child from getting common infections like colds and coughs. It also helps a child suffering from pubertal acne, excess heat in the skin, and good hair growth. For children, it can be given as 1 tsp of fresh juice, amla candy, or amla murabba.
Tulsi
Is an herb that releases the maximum amount of oxygen and is also immunity booster. Children who frequently have colds, coughs, and fevers will find it to be quite helpful because it has antibacterial and antimicrobial characteristics.
