Apple Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients 1 Teaspoon Panchamiya 2 chopped peeled apple 1/4-inch piece peeled ginger juice of 2 limes, 2 tsp honey 1/2 cup water 2-3 ice cubes. (Instead of adding ice fruits can be frozen overnight) Method Blend all the ingredients together. Serve. You can also watch the following recipe
